I : I am not sure what you are experiencing. However, if it is causing you to lose consciousness or you have injured your head while hitting the floor, consider calling 911. Now. If it feels like the room is spining, you have a febrile illness and you lose balance, that could likely be evaluated more routinely. I would not drive until this is clearly assessed.
