Based : Based on what you have copied above, you probably have mild or grade i diastolic dysfunction, or stiffening, of the left ventricle (the pumping chamber of your heart). This can be abnormal or can actually be normal/expected, depending on your age. Risk of diastolic dysfunction increases with high blood pressure, obesity and coronary disease, but seeing it on an echo usually doesn't require specific treatment in and of itself. I would encourage you to discuss with your cardiologist, if you have one.

Need more infomation: This is a method of looking at function during the part of the heart cycle know as diastole (when the ventricle relaxes). The information provided needs to be taken in context with other information such as pulmonary venous inflow to detemine whether there is diastolic dysfunction.
