What is this lump on my earlobe it hurts and it is under the skin

Hard : Hard to tell without a clinical examination so i would see a dermatologist. Perhaps it is cyst or a keloid? See a picture of a cyst and keloid and read about treatment options at the link below. I hope that helps!
