Any : Any external sutures are removed around 7 days after surgery. After 2 weeks you will begin to feel like yourself again and at 3 weeks you can resume regular exercise activities. There : There is a bit a variability among patients regarding when they'll feel ready to go back to their normal routine. The sutures used for otoplasty are usually in place about one week. You'll want to avoid strenuous activity for about 3 weeks after your procedure. Depending on your job you should be able to return to work sooner than that. Your surgeon can give you better guidance regarding your recovery.
