Your : Your thyroid levels should be normal soon with adequate treatment so this should not be an issue. Even if they were off a little by ramadan, fasting on ramadan should not be a problem with a slightly overactive or underactive thyroid.

The : The good news is that your thyroid levels should normalize over the next few months with appropriate treatment. Be sure to have your doctor monitor your thyroid levels every 4-6 weeks and adjust your medication. If your thyroid blood levels are normal by ramadan, then fasting should be just fine from a thyroid perspective. Hope you feel better soon.
