Im fasting for ramadan so i stay for more than 18 hours without eating or drinking then i break my fast by 5 dates,2 liters of water &soup.an hour &half later i go to the gym but i feel nauseous,sweating excessively &bloating from under the breasts?

It is good that you exercise. During Ramadan, reduce the intensity of your exercise to about 80% of what you can tolerate. Wish you good health!

You may have a degree if gastric retention and should wait at least 2 full hours after eating before exercising vigorously.
