Contact : Contact your surgeon as soon as possible for evaluation and treatment. It sounds like it may be a "dry socket" or food in the extraction sockets. Either way you need the care of the surgeon.

I : I hope by this time your daughter is off the pain pills and feeling better. The type of pain she has experienced is not normal and needs to be treated. The fall on the stairs did not help any and might have been related to all the medication that she is taking.

All at once: I'm sorry your daughter is in pain. Removal of premolars should not be a painful ordeal, unless there is some complication. Opiate meds are not usually indicated for premolar extractions, and that could be why she fell! if a patient is in normal health, and the plan calls for premolar and wisdom tooth removals: why not all at once? One larger procedure, but one time of healing. Just my opinion.

Need evaluation: Tooth extraction pain should be diminishing. If she still hurts she may have a dry socket, where clot has washed out of extraction socket, or jaw fracture, dislocation, or bruising from the fall. See your oral surgeon for evaluation and treatment.

Many Extractions: Any trauma after extractions is suspect for a fracture of either jaw. Go to the er and have an oral surgeon(dds/md) check this out. Do not delay.
