Yes, : Yes, it is possible to aspirate food or liquid which preferentially tends to go down the right mainstem bronchus due to its more vertical orientation. This should have triggered a fairly robust coughing reflex that would have occured right after the swallowing event. If you are having trouble breathing you should go to an er or urgent care center where a physician can listen to your lungs and likely get a chest x-ray.
