Is 208 high for cholesterol it was the same 8 months ago what should i try instead of zocor (simvastatin)

A : A more important number to know is the LDL (bad cholesterol) and the HDL (good cholesterol). If the HDL is high and the LDL is low then you may not need to change medications. Also you may just need a larger dose of zocor (simvastatin). You should go over the results and plan with your doctor. Take care.
