Not generally: Most employers test for drugs of abuse, and nyquil, outside of a little alcohol, does not have any of the drugs they would be testing for (usually amphetamines, pcp, marijuana, opioids, benzodiazepines, cocaine). Also, they usually ask you to fill out paperwork on what your medications are, so you should just list the nyquil.
