Hello. : Hello. Hemmorrhoids are like sacs and can feel squishy (or even hard if there is a clot inside). They can become quite painful and they can also cause anal itching. It isn't the best idea to squeeze hemmorrhoids as you are injuring the skin. Hemmorrhoids contain blood. They can swell up (like if you have lots of constipation) or they can shrink down over time. I recommend that you see your family doctor who can properly diagnose your conditions and provide you a number of options for handling this. When hemmorrhoids become really problematic people may see a general surgeon for help. Take care.
