The : The best solution in this case is to have your daughter's pediatrician speak with your daughter's father explaining eczema and the drying effects of soap etc., or she can simply write a note to this effect. On another note, if your daughter has a really bad flare up and a bath with aggravate the condition you can simply wash her the areas that are not affected with a wash cloth and sensitive skin soap. This way she will not have to sit in a bath or take a shower. Also maintain good skin hydration with thick emollients like aquaphor or eucerin. Take care.
