Often : Often healing fracture sites are enlarged. The ulna is practically right under the skin, so it is not uncommon to feel this "bump". Ask your orthopedic surgeon about it if it becomes more painful.

Most : Most ulna fractures heal well with conservative management with casting or bracing. The bump over the fracture site can be from swelling or callous from where the bone healed. If the bump is becoming bigger, you should consult your orthopaedic surgeon and obtain a repeat x-ray to make sure the fracture is healing properly.
