Triplets have been born vaginally without complication, but many doctors do not want to take that risk, especially since you will likely have to deliver early. There is a very high chance that this will occur and the safest thing for you and your babies is to deliver your babies via c-section. I wish you good luck. You will have your hands full very soon. Don't plan on it: Less than 50% of those with triplets make it past 36 weeks and more than half will end up in a neonatal ICU for a minimum of 2 weeks. You might get real lucky and babies may present in a favorable position for vaginal delivery, but once the process starts the job shifts to getting them out safe, not dictating the method. Discuss it with the docs, but chances are less than 20% that it would happen
