Don't risk it: Some old school docs talk about vag delivery of triplets but current standards recommend c-section. Not because obs are less skilled, it's just too many things that can go wrong that you can't control. Cord accidents, placental separation, bleeding, and more importantly-difficulty monitoring all three babies during labor. They usually deliver early & benefit with a prepared plan & personnel.

Don't do it!: The fact that vaginal delivery is possible with twins and triplets does not mean that it is advisable! in fact, if you are carrying anything other than a cephalic singleton fetus, a prelabor cesarean section may be your best bet for safe delivery of all involved. Vaginal delivery of triplets is fraught with unacceptable risks for the brain/life of the second and third fetus!
