Vaginally, sure!: That doorway used to be the only way we all made it here before the northern c/s door was available. In modern OB care multiple gestations are often relegated to c/s status to "avoid complications" and fetal safety. Talk to your OB md about your c/s fears a I am sure there is a good reason for selecting that over a "southern"(vaginal) exit.
