The : The rate of tooth movement is limited by your body's physiology, not the type of braces used. Your research time would be better spent by finding an good orthodontist. Leave the choice of the appliance to your doctor.

I : I use this brace type exclusively in my practice. I chose it because in my hands i find it is the easy to place accurately, offers the patients comfort, allows for good hygiene since there are no rubber bands to hold the wire in, and allows for efficient appointments. The brace itself is only a vehicle to attach the wire to the tooth to facilitate movement. No brace type at baseline will "speed up" tooth movement as the tooth knows no difference to whatever is attached to it...Teeth can only move as fast as your biology allows. Having the correct diagnosis and placing the appliances correctly on the teeth is the best way to achieve the fastest result. As dr. Aronowitz said, putting your efforts into finding someone reputable and trustworthy to provide your treatment should be your goal. Do not base your decision on the appliance type used in that office. That is your best advice :).
