Sleep bruxism: Sleep bruxism is a sleep related movement disorder that we seem to be born with. It is not a habit as opposed to awake bruxism. Therefore, sleep bruxism can not be cured, it must be managed. The bite relationship has nothing to do with this sleep movement disorder. Some medications have been shown to reduce this activity.
