Sleep bruxism: While anxiety and stress can make bruxing worse, this is not the cause. Brusing is somethingyou can't control. Many cases are related to sleep apnea. If you are tired allof the time, snore, have been told that you wake up gasping for breath, are overweight, have acid reflux, high blood pressure, or heart disease, this is one thing that you should be evaluated for.
