Say "I'm not hungry": If you have a good, hearty breakfast, a good dinner, physically and emotionally well, there is no shame in saying I am not hungry--don't force-feed yourself. In the us of a, the fattest country in the world, we often eat too much. So, having self-discipline/restraint to keep yourself healthy is something to be proud of...Not shame. So, as a doc, I am proud of you for keeping healthy. Good luck.
