It : It would be incredibly rare to get an std from a razor, and is in fact almost impossible, unless there was blood on it and you had an open bloody spot that you used the razor on. It is much more likely that you have folliculitis, which is inflammation of the hair follicles which can happen with old razors. Throw the razor blade away and get a new one. Use dial or another anti-bacterial soap for your skin and the rash should go away. If it is worse, more red, or swollen then it would be reasonable to consult your physician.
