Hello. : Hello. Nsaid's (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications) can be tough on the gut and sometimes cause internal bleeding. Vomiting bright red blood or vomiting up what looks like dark coffee grounds can be signs of bleeding. Having black, tarry or malodorous bowel movements can also be a sign of bleeding. Some people have serious allergic reactions to nsaid's.
