To much: if you are bruising and bleeding you may be getting to much of the NSAIDs. They can inhibit the platelets and if taken in large amounts harm your kidneys. Your physician can run some blood work to see why you are bruising and bleeding plus see if there is any kidney damage.

Use caution!!!: Be very careful! NSAID overuse can cause stomach issues including and not limited to gastric bleeding. They can cause severe and in some cases irreversible kidney damage. You say you've been using nsaids AND ibuprofen - which other nsaids are you using? Make sure that they don't have the same active ingredients otherwise you are potentially overdosing..chronically. That can be extremely bad.
