Need for evaluation: Tendonitis in three joints suggests a systemic disorder and you need to be examined by a doctor, preferably a rheumatologist to determine the cause and appropriate treatment. In the mean time you can take Ibuprofen for pain relief.

Opiods: If it is the pain that you are having and want to control it, then ask you doctor for pain meds. However, be careful as most of these medicine are habit forming. What i would suggest is icing the areas as much as possible, along with rest and elevation. Also ask your doctor for physical therapy. I have many pts that have the same issue and therapy really helps.
