Some : Some women can have periods after endometrial ablation. I would recommend returning to the doctor who performed the ablation so that this can be discussed, and a plan can be made. You may not need further treatment, but seeing your doctor would be reasonable.

This is not uncommon: It is not uncommon to have some bleeding after an endometrial ablation. In some cases regular periods may return after several years. It is more common to have light bleeding. You should discuss this with your doctor at a future visit. It is not urgent.
