The : The best thing to do would be to find a no-cost or low-cost clinic in your area. You could even start with the planned parenthood clinic, who could do an exam, and refer you on for further evaluation if necessary. I can understand your concern, so try establishing with a clinic that way to get the assessment that you need.

No periods at age 20: There can be many serious issues that could be responsible for your not getting a period. This definitely needs to be checked out - your gyn should be able to work out a payment plan for you - but please get checked out asap!
