First : First and foremost you need to stop working until you get a diagnosis and treatment for your problem. The fact that you work in the food industry puts the public at risk, and that can be very dangerous. It sounds like you may be dealing with infectious boils/abscesses that will require antibiotic treatment. It's very difficult to say without actually seeing the lesions.
