If : If you can't get her in to see her orthodontist, any dentist can help, or your local emergency room.

Clip it/wax: Wire sometimes will protrude from the back teeth due to spaces being closed, wire is bent from chewing on something hard and becomes dislodged from the bracket. If it is very long (>3mm) clip it off. If it is not too long (you are unable to get a hold of it with a clipper) then use your wax and make an appt with your orthodontic office to hapokeyve them repair it or clip it.

Call Orthodontist: Call your orthodontist and report the problem. He will probably see you right away to resolve it. If you can't get there, perhaps you can clip the wire, or cover the sticker with wax, until you can get to the orthodontist.

See a dentist today: Go see your dentist/orthodontist today. They can remove the wire before it causes an infection or larger wound. Don't wait until monday.
