Go : Go to the er if you cannot see your doctor. The cause of the pain may be nothing or something serious. It needs to be evaluated.

If : If by now you have not seen your doctor, go to urgent care asap. It may be nothing serious, but when it hurts to breathe, you need to be evaluated right away.
