There : There are mainly possible causes of this which could range from mild (panic attack, inflammation of the cartilage of the chest wall) to very serious (blood clot in the lungs, heart attack, asthma flare up, etc.). I would consider visiting your primary care physician or local emergency room for further evaluation as soon as possible.
