Once : Once your symptoms are completely resolved and your therapy to treat the condition is done than you should be ok to go back to wearing contact lenses.

Once : Once all symptoms of conjunctivits (pink eye) are clear, contact lens wear can usually be resumed. Old contacts, contact lens case, and solution should be discarded to minimize risk of re-infection. Redness, pain, blurred vision, watery or mucous discharge are common symptoms of pink eye.

I : I recommend a week to ensure that it is completely resolved. I also recommend a new set of contact lenses.
