The : The lump is probably breast tissue, enlarged because of hormones increasing as you go through puberty. It is common, and if unilateral it is usually on the left. It resolves spontaneously in most boys without treatment in time. The white "tip" may be due to dried secretions from the glandular tissue. Pubertal gynecomastia is mildly tender but should be soft and moveable. If the lump is hard, it should be checked by your physician. If you are taking herbal supplements to build up your body, you should stop them.
