Perlane, (dermal fillers) : Perlane, like Restylane (dermal fillers) is a hyaluronic acid filler. Hyalurdonidase, an enzyme that can be injected into the same area treated by the filler, can be used to dissolve the product. I've only had to do this once, but it is reassuring for patients who have never used Perlane to know that yes, it can be reversed!

If : If you do not like the results after Perlane (dermal fillers) injections the filler cannot be removed but it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase injections. Minimize that risk by looking at pictures of your physician's results in patients like you.
