I'd like to know-: This is a universal question which has been answered–-often to no avail—for centuries. Diet, exercise, attitude, avoiding sugar and salt seem to forestall the merciless aging process, and when you discover an answer please share it - Personally (I'm over 60) Vegetarian, swim an hour a day, and have a good marriage, sense of humor. Laughter seems to lighten the burden of time's relentless forces.
