If : If you hurt your writ and had a cast on it then that means that you were taken care of by a physician. It is hard to answer you r question specifically but a good piece of advice is to contact the health care provider that took care of you. T may just be your ulna. It may be a bump of bone called callus from a healing fracture. But contact the health care provider that treated you.
