Hi. : Hi. First off - please take off the head phones and keep them off until the pain has resolved. Trying pinching down both of your nostrils so that no air flows through them. Now, with you mouth closed and your nostrils pinched closed breath hard (like you were bearing down to have a bowel movement). This pressure might be enough to temporarily open the eustachian tube. However, if that doesn't work consider use of an over the counter oral decongestant - by reducing congestion/ swelling it may take pressure off the eustacian tube which may be pinched off. Consider use of a nasal spray like afrin. It is quite powerful but shouldn't be used more than twice a day for three to five days at the maximum. Maybe you could limit headphone use. Take care.
