Revisit diagnosis: The first thing to do would be to make sure that you're not starting to feel this way because you have an underlying anxiety disorder that has not been addressed or bipolar disorder that has not been addressed. Next would be to have a discussion with your psychiatrist about whether it's even possible to stay on vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). There are many medications that can be used for adhd. Please contact your psychiatrist for further recommendations. Best wishes.

Review symptoms (Sx): Did you get irritated/angry/anxious before vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine)? If so, may be part of adhd or separate condition. Do sx occur shortly after starting v or when wearing off? Sx may be peak or w/drawal effect. Provide info to prescriber to determine best action: lower dose, add afternoon dose, add another medication, switch to other option for adhd. Learn anger/anxiety mx skills. Best regards for relief soon.
