I have a left side nose bleed when i blow my nose, i am on ultram 50.diclofenac 75.is this the cause only on my left side, and it does not last more than 2 or 3 seconds

Hello : Hello i can't tell you the cause of your nose bleed. However since it is only one side, you may have a friable blood vessel in that nares, that bleeds from the added pressure when bearing down to blow your nose.
