i smoked in the last two days, i've taken two doses of 75mg diclofenac. i don't plan on smoking anymore, should i be worried about stomach bleeding?

Good luck, no worry: The dosing guidelines for diclofenac is 25-50 mg every 6-8 hours to maximum of 150 mg/day. To reduce GI problems, NSAIDs should be taken with, or soon after, a meal. Use it as an opportunity to reaffirm your commitment to quitting smoking!
