Blood from nose: When you blow a lot , nose is irritated (may also dry out from antihistamines) so may bleed. Try a bit of vasoline inside the tip of your nose twice a day to moisturize. F/u /w/ allergist regarding a good allergy regimen. May need montelukast- Singulair-(rarely this may cause self harm thoughts). Though antihistamines help they do dry out mucus membranes.
