Scoliosis : Scoliosis of thoracic spine does not usually cause neck pain. Breathing pain is not usually caused by neck pain. Fever can be related to infection which can cause neck or breathing pain. You should be evaluated by your primary care doctor to determine the cause of your problem and best treatment. Good luck!

See doctor ASAP: Your neck pain can be caused by muscle strain, whiplash, disc degeneration .... However, if you experience fever, and difficulty breathing, it can be a sign of infection. Please see your doctor asap.
