A member asked:

How to reduce my blood pressure? pressure ranges from 172/92 to 154/84

For : For one you need to be on blood pressure medication if you are not on it already. If you are on medication then you need to follow up with your doctor for a change in your regimen. Other ways to help lower blood pressure is to reduce your salt/sodium intake, exercise regularly and decrease your stress levels. Please see your primary care provider right away. Best of luck.
