A member asked:

Can the damage to the artery caused by high blood pressure be reversed one the blood pressure comes in normal range can the strength of the arteries also increases if it had reduced due to hbp?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Although the result of decreasing elevated BP will help prevent rupture of arterial wall integrity, the "strength" of the arterial wall is not "increased" by removing the challenge of increased BP.
