Hello. : Hello. It is preferrable to test for alcohol with blood vice urine. The etg (ethyl glucuronide) urine alcohol test, is so sensitive that it will pick up both alcohol that was consummed as well as exposure to small amounts of alcohol (household and personal hygiene products). Thus, it can trigger false positives for alcohol consumption.
