Yikes: When I searched the net the first baclofen cream to show up contained: ketamine (10%), baclofen (2%), cyclobenzaprine (2%), diclofenac (3%), gabapentin (6%), tetracaine (2%). To the extent baclofen and ketamine are systemically absorbed they certainly will interact with and augment the effects of alcohol. Baclofen is addictive like alcohol and used regularly together will hasten dependence.

Best to avoid: Check out http://www.drugs.com/baclofen.html: "Drinking alcohol can increase certain side effects of baclofen." Sure, there's supposed to be less side effects if applied to skin compared to when swallowed but do you really want/need to risk "Baclofen may impair your thinking or reactions. Be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be alert."

Avoid alcohol: when you are on a muscle relaxant like baclofen.
