No: Baclofen acts on the same receptors as do benzodiazepines, which may be tested for in some kinds of tests, but it is not tested for in usual test kits, and is chemically unrelated to those medications.

Missed enough doses of baclofen to have withdrawl symptoms. When withdrawal symptoms started; The backpain that was being treated disappeared. Possible the drug was causing pain and at the point of withdrawl its effects were "turned off"
