Hello, : Hello, don't know if these are the slender tampons or the larger size. This is a heavy flow. Don't know how long this has been going on or if the bleeding is associated with your period or not. The problem is that if you keep flowing at this rate you could become anemic or hypovolemic. First, recommend that you hydrate well with fluids (not coffee or soda). If you start feeling weak, have a fast resting pulse, feel lighthed with standing, that could mean that your blood loss is effecting your health. If you have been bleeding at this rate for a brief period, it may slow. However, if this has been going on for a while or you are symptomatic, you would do best to be evaluated medically.
