Heavy vaginal bleed: See your gynecologist. Heavy, prolonged bleeding like that can lead to anemia (depleted iron in the blood causing weakness, fatigue). The gynecologist can recommend medications to slow/stop the bleeding after an exam to make sure everything is alright. If you are sexually active, they'll probably do a pregnancy test first to make sure it isn't a spontaneous miscarriage.
