I : I am sorry that she had to go through all of this, it sounds like it has been a frustrating situation. First of all she should discuss this with the surgeon, who has likely seen this problem before and may have recommendations. There are physical therapists that specialize in treatment of patients who have pelvic floor problems (this refers to the muscle around the pelvis) after surgery, and they may be able to help also, so you could ask for a referral to this type of specialist for her.
