Hello. : Hello. I can not diagnose the source of your rectal bleeding and clots. You may have gastrointestinal bleeding. Sometimes the source of bleeding is something as simple as an external or internal hemorrhoid. However since you have back and abdominal pain, this should be medically evaluated.
